Time is Gold is a game made for the "Devs That Jam 36hr Challenge #3"

How To Play

You can buy abilities from the gremlin, in the shop at the end of each level, by walking up to him and pressing "Q" to talk to him.

These abilities cost time, this means, if you buy an ability, you'll have less time to complete the next level, however, an extra way to move and get through the level quicker.

If you find your self with very limited time, you can sell your abilities to the skeleton in the shop. This means you will lose your abilities however you will have more time to complete the next level.

P.S we're sorry we did not add a tutorial into the game, due to the limited time restraints, it made it quite challenging but we hope this little guide makes up for it! :)

WASD / Arrow Keys - Move

Left Click - Attack

Q - Interact with NPCS

Left Control - Slide ( IF UNLOCKED )

E - dash ( IF UNLOCKED )

Space  - jump / double jump ( IF UNLOCKED )

Description

A 2D platformer where you are trapped at the bottom of a dungeon.

You were banished by a wizard, who cursed you to become stuck in a time loop!

You must keep track of how much time you have before the loop resets.   

Sell abilities for time, buy abilities to make it through the levels quicker.

After all... TIME IS GOLD!
